Lebanese engineers, and alumni of ULFG2, develop a solution for liquefaction of Biomethane

CryoCollect, a company founded in 2017 by Dr Haytham Sayah (ULFG2, mechanical 2009), has been featured yesterday in Annahar newspaper for its innovative solution for liquefaction of Methane.
CryoCollect has designed a low-cost system to liquefy biofuel (Biomethane) made from organic waste, reducing the gas volume by a ratio of 1/600, and thus providing a much more economical and efficient solution especially in the case of Biogas sites located far from Gas grids.
CryoCollect collaborates with CES (centre Efficacité énergétique des Systèmes) and its director Dr. Maroun Nemer (ULFG2, mechanical 2001), and has lately introduced its system to Canada in addition to offering consultancy services in Ukraine.
We seize this opportunity to congratulate the team of CryoCollect and to express our pride in their achievement, especially Dr. Sayah, Dr Rami Khadra (ULFG2, mechanical 2012) and Dr. Christelle Bou Malham (ULFG2, mechnical 2015).
